Selling to MEC severs relationship between Race Face and Lambert

Cycles Lambert is one of the biggest distributors in the Canadian cycling world. Following a decision by Race Face to start selling to Mountain Equipment Co-op, Lambert has opted to remove Race Face from its product line-up.     Can I just ask what are the reuse rights for the first picture up there as I want to reuse it on my own private blog if that is ok?
